Blue Ridge Dawn LLC was created 2025 by Dawn Roberts. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of my favorite things to do is feed people. I especially like it when they look forward to what I create, it fills my soul. My salads are based on my mom’s recipes. I watched her for years, cook for people, blessing them with her love, time spent in the kitchen. The chicken and egg salads are made with fresh and simple ingredients, but they are created with a lot of time and effort. I am carrying on her traditions, adding the smallest of my own touch. The tomato pie is a newer addition to the Blue Ridge Dawn family. One of my former co-workers absolutely loves them and connected me with a place to sell them in Asheville. I am brand new to the business scene, being a teacher for well over 20 years of my life. I currently work in retail, where I am learning something new every day. I am a wife to an awesome husband and we have two amazing, grown children. I am proud of them for their service to this country, both being in the military. I have been blessed to have a wonderful family and friends. One of my favorite places to be is in the Blue Ridge Mountains, whether it be at my alma mater, Clemson University ,or in Western North Carolina, where we reside. I spend a good amount of time thinking on God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit. None of this dream would be possible without them. I would also like to thank: AB-Tech and the Small Business program, Mountain BizWorks, the Seed Collective, and countless others that are more than willing to help, encourage and lead people into producing wonderful goods for others to enjoy!
